We’re looking for a Transaction Analyst who ensures data accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and drives process improvements. If you enjoy analysing complex data, collaborating across teams, and optimising transaction flows, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse, and control transaction-related data and processes
• Analyse transaction discrepancies, disputed cases, and deviations
• Identify root causes and define corrective and preventive measures
• Coordinate and resolve complex transaction and billing cases with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure data quality and accurate transactional postings
• Work closely with IT, Operations, and Finance to resolve data and process issues
• Analyse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation potential
• Prepare analyses, reports, and decision-support materials for management and internal stakeholders
• Support and control invoice release and billing processes within ERP systems
• Contribute to the development of standards, controls, and best practices in transaction management
• Support quality assurance, risk management, and compliance requirements in the transaction environment

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in transaction management, controlling, data analysis, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Very good Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, Oracle)
• Experience in process analysis, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement
• Ability to analyse complex data and present insights in a clear and structured manner
• High level of accountability, accuracy, and quality awareness
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
• Analytical and curious mindset with a strong affinity for data, processes, and numbers
