A leading international automotive company is offering a unique graduate program aimed at ambitious graduates willing to contribute to AI innovations in finance. This 14-month program involves working on projects that shape the future of mobility, with responsibilities ranging from AI application implementation to prototype development. Strong programming skills, a Master's degree in relevant fields, and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates with a global perspective are encouraged to apply by March 2026 for a program starting July 2026 in Stuttgart.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Maximum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories.
  • Experience in building small prototypes into stable services.
  • Familiarity with data preparation for structured data.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including large language models.
  • At least 3 months of experience abroad.
  • Excellent English skills (C1), knowledge of German is a plus.

Your tasks
  • Responsibility to bring artificial intelligence into daily work—either with a product focus, an engineering focus, or a mix of both
  • Turning business problems into clear opportunities, run lean discovery with users, and translate insights into epics, features and user stories
  • Collaboration with design, engineering, data and security to shape minimum viable products, set success measures and drive adoption
  • Creation of small prototypes in Python or TypeScript, connecting data and systems through clean interfaces, and evolve proofs of concept into stable services with testing, containers and automated deployment
  • Desing of retrieval‑supported applications, implementation of vector search and caching, setting guardrails for privacy, access control and auditability
  • Facilitating workshops, explanation of trade‑offs in plain language, enablement of teams with short trainings, reference implementations and clear documentation
  • An above‑average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Intelligence, Data Science / Data Analytics, Information Systems / Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics (with strong programming component), Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computational Engineering / Scientific Computing, Business Analytics, Cognitive Science or Human–Computer Interaction (with strong technical component) or a comparable course of study
  • Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • First experience in building small prototypes and developing them into stable, maintainable services
  • Familiarity with data preparation for both structured data and documents; basic understanding of statistics
  • Understanding of modern artificial intelligence concepts, including large language models, prompt design and quality safeguards
  • Strong facilitation skills: running short discovery sessions, capturing decisions and aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of modern AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs), prompt quality and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG)
  • At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
  • Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends

  • Excellent English skills (C1), German is an advantage
