Sales Manager – Components & Plywood Sales

- Achieve annual revenue targets for Plywood & Components.
- Support and coach the sales team to reach their goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Develop new customers and business partners to grow market share.
- Position PERI as the trusted supplier of high-quality plywood & components.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to payment collection.
- Negotiate profitable contracts in line with company policies.
- Keep CRM sales pipeline and reports updated.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Demand Planning).
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product updates.
Stand Out From The Crowd - What Distinguishes You
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in construction or plywood & components.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with solid market analysis ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen.
- Team player with integrity, accountability, and drive.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages a plus).
