To support our growth were looking for a

Technical Writer (f / m / d)

to join our in-house team in Stuttgart. Youll work with developers product owners and fellow writers to shape the user experience of complex software solutions across industries and technologies.

What Youll Be Doing

As part of our documentation team you will :

• Create high-quality user assistance including user interface texts configuration and installation guides and getting started videos.
• Work directly with our partners to understand their products and services in depth .
• Take on a wide variety of projects in areas ranging from artificial intelligence to enterprise resource planning and industry solutions.
• Manage terminology and style to ensure that your content speaks with one voice .
• Proactively identify gaps in documentation and collaborate with our partners to resolve them.
• Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing within the company.

What We Expect

• You have a university-level qualification in technical communication or another language-related field or you have a similar professional qualification.
• Youre fluent in English (understanding of German is preferable but not essential).
• You have demonstrable experience maintaining and creating sets of documentation and other user-assistance deliverables for a global audience.
• Youre willing to explore innovative technologies you grasp technical concepts quickly and you can communicate them clearly.
• You have strong organizational skills and can work independently to establish your own goals and priorities as well as those of your team.
• Youre continuously looking to improve and optimize your working processes.
• You have experience with SAP systems and processes.
• You have experience of the software development lifecycle and agile processes.
• Youre familiar with the DITA standard.
