Requirements
- Several years of experience in designing and delivering IT training, workshops or onboarding programs.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both German and English, combined with strong didactic expertise.
- Experience in creating digital learning content (e.g., e-learning modules, videos, interactive formats) and practice-oriented training documentation.
- A self-driven, structured way of working with strong time management skills and a high service orientation.
- Strong technical ainity and the ability to quickly grasp new software solutions; ideally complemented by experience working with public institutions and non-profit organizations (e.g., municipalities, trade unions, associations, foundations).
Responsibilities
- You will guide new users through the introduction of our IT solutions and deliver targeted training sessions for different user groups (end users, power users, administrators) both on- site and online.
- You will design and develop practice-oriented training materials (documentation, tutorial videos, interactive workshops) and ensure they remain up to date in our learning management system.
- You will collect and analyze feedback from training sessions, derive improvement opportunities, and thereby continuously enhance the user experience.
- You will work closely with our support team, assist with user inquiries when needed, and leverage insights gained to improve your training offerings.
- Acting as a bridge between product, support, and end users, you will help ensure our IT solutions are successfully adopted and sustainably used in everyday operations.
