Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in technical sales and business support? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager - Welding, Gases & Cylinders to drive internal and external sales growth and maximize profitability in our marine products portfolio.
In this role, you will actively drive our welding products and services in both internal sales (supporting WSS account managers) and external sales (directly with customers). You’ll connect customer needs with WSS welding solutions and support vessel managers with daily welding repair demands and retrofit projects. You will identify and target sales opportunities on behalf of account managers, influence and execute strategic plans, coordinate contract and product portfolio preparation, and implement selling tactics to fuel growth. All the while, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to showcase how our products create real value for customers.
You’ll be at the forefront of the technical sales process — handling advanced technical questions, supporting and following up on inspection work, shaping the sales portfolio for each customer by highlighting key selling points for the sales team, and participating in closing deals.
