Your Role
Impacting Marketing Cloud System Architecture:
- Design and define technical solutions in alignment with business processes.
- Create a system architecture that enables marketers to set up communication across various channels.
Product Consulting & Success Management:
- Consult on business use case definitions from a Marketing Automation perspective.
- Establish effective success management practices.
Governance:
- Act as the platform owner, ensuring users adhere to governance regulations.
- Ensure consolidated demand and development management.
Global Strategic Initiatives:
- Understand market and technological changes, relating them to ZEISS.
- Align the strategic roadmap with the Marketing Automation product owner and proactively identify future optimization opportunities from a technological standpoint.
Data Management:
- Continuously refine and optimize the underlying data model of the marketing automation toolset.
- Manage the consolidation of data generated across all customer and consumer touchpoints.
- Oversee B2B and B2C data management to enhance customer and consumer experiences throughout their lifecycle.
Platform Ownership:
- Ensure a global template for reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
- Understand business requirements and develop globally scalable solutions to enhance the global template.
- Establish system architecture to facilitate marketing automation.
- Manage documentation related to global templates, solution designs, and processes.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and agencies.
Your Profile
Experience
- Several years of work experience in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Marketing Automation: In-depth theoretical knowledge of marketing automation strategies, methods, concepts, and trends.
- Technology Integration: Ability to apply the latest technologies to current business needs.
- Data and Database Modeling: Comprehensive understanding of data and database modelling.
- Analytical Skills: Extensive analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and organized working habits.
- Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business needs within the organization.
- Agile Development: Familiarity with agile development procedures.
- Communication: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Work Ethic: Independent, service-oriented, and solution-focused to ensure demand owner/product owner satisfaction.
- Soft Skills: Purposeful communication, flexibility, and a high level of assertiveness.
- Software Proficiency: Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, JIRA, Copado, and MS Visio.
