We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) to drive the development of the innovative systems, coordinate projects across the embedded systems environment, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with management, development teams, and other functions to translate strategic objectives into technically robust solutions and support the growth of our maritime business.

• Technical coordination and prioritization of development content in the embedded systems environment (hardware/software/system)
• Structuring and maintenance of requirements, dependencies, and maturity levels
• Translation of strategic objectives into technically consistent work items
• Coordination of pre‑development concept phases, and implementation of new and further developments across the entire product lifecycle
• Execution of structured risk and impact analyses
• Preparation of decision bases for management
• Ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and conflicting objectives
• Establishment and maintenance of central overviews (e.g. risk, decision, and dependency overviews)
• Moderation of technical alignment between development, management, and adjacent functions
• Regular, structured reporting to management
• Accompaniment of development activities throughout the entire product lifecycle
