In our department store, your role is to ensure our customers are happy. For our shop management, this means that every day is different because our deliveries are also different every day.

Team leader

As a team leader in our department store, you and your TK Maxx colleagues will make our customers happy and help them treasure hunt. Thanks to your leadership talent, all daily tasks on the shop floor are carefully executed. Together with your team, you ensure that every treasure hunter in our department store has a positive experience.

Ideal candidate qualities :

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment and a creative approach to visual merchandising.
• An open and approachable leadership style, treating everyone with respect.
• Flexibility to occasionally change locations to gain more experience.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor and assist with complex customer queries.
• Instruct, manage, coach, and guide your colleagues. Provide proactive feedback and help them improve.
• Assist with opening and closing the shop.
• Collaborate with your team to create an engaging treasure hunt environment and share improvement ideas with management.
