Our client is seeking an experienced, skilled, and motivated Systems Engineer responsible for designing, configuring, programming, testing, implementing, and supporting the ERP platform and all third-party integrated applications.

This position requires a combination of technical knowledge with manufacturing, inventory, and accounting experience to understand the detailed relationships between applications, data, and business processes. The role involves working closely with functional departments to ensure business requirements and technical resources are aligned to support the company’s ERP and Data Applications. The position is expected to lead the recruitment of a software engineer and eventually grow into the IT Manager role post-implementation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a similar field
• Proficiency with VB.net, C#, C++, or equivalent languages
• Experience managing ERP systems in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL and Power BI
• ERP implementation or upgrade experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with all employee levels and departments
• Solid knowledge of configuring and supporting ERP modules such as MRP, Inventory, Procurement, Shop Floor Management, Standard Cost, BOMs, Routings, and others
• Working knowledge of ERP Financial modules
• Ambitious individual capable of working independently towards targets/goals with a creative approach
• Intuitive with the ability to manage change and proven time management skills
