We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to support team in Material Management and Production Planning. In this role, you will take on a key position in managing purchased materials and coordinating production processes within an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support projects in the field of Material Management (MM)
• Take ownership of production planning and coordinate activities within the monthly process
• Track escalations and ensure timely follow-up actions
• Prepare presentations to effectively communicate critical issues and results
• Analyze and evaluate various data sources (primarily with Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus)
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across the global supply chain

Qualifications:

• University degree in Logistics, Business Informatics, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production planning / material management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present complex topics
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP and other industry-specific tools
