DEINE MISSION.
  • Your focus is on developing cultural marketing strategies for leading global and local brands, particularly for one of our mayor clients in the automotive industry
  • Together with an interdisciplinary team of strategists, art directors, concept developers and architects, you will work on positioning brands as influential players in our culture.
  • You combine creative excellence and a keen sense for the zeitgeist with a strong passion for data-driven approaches.
  • Your strategic concepts are characterized by intellectual depth, clear structure and aesthetic sophistication
  • Even in challenging and high dynamical situations, you maintain calm, professional and bring the necessary decisiveness.
  • You engage directly with senior leadership and key stakeholders, facilitating high- level discussions to align strategic objectives.
  • Through effective stakeholder management, you guide clients on a cultural transformation journey, building consensus and ensuring buy-in by clearly demonstrating the value and impact of proposed initiatives.
WAS DU MITBRINGST.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in strategy, brand consulting, or cultural marketing ideally in leading creative agencies, consultancies, or branddriven industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand and cultural strategies for global and/or local clients, preferably with exposure to the automotive sector or similarly complex industries.
  • Significant experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex strategic ideas into compelling narratives that drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of cultural trends, communities, and movements, with the ability to translate the zeitgeist into brand strategies that balance creative excellence with commercial relevance, ensuring they are both visionary and actionable.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making, leveraging research, consumer insights, and performance metrics to underpin cultural strategies.
  • Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-moving environments while maintaining clarity, composure, and decisiveness
  • Experience navigating complex organizational settings and guiding clients through transformative processes with confidence and empathy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German or other languages a plus).
  • Skilled at crafting structured, intellectually rigorous, and aesthetically sophisticated strategies that inspire both clients and internal teams.
