We're searching for an analytical and data-driven individual with previous BI experience to join us on the KX Data team. If you feel most at home digging deep into the numbers, querying databases, and visualising your work on dashboards such as Data Studio and Power BI then this is a role for you.

DEINE MISSION.
  • Data Analysis & Storytelling
  • Use the agency’s proprietary data tool to generate relevant insights for the Strategy team.
  • Go beyond raw data analysis by creating structured, visually compelling presentations (slides) with a strong narrative that connects insights to cultural strategy.
  • Tool & Platform Development
  • Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the agency’s data tools and platforms.
  • Lead internal projects to ensure the tool remains updated, functional, and tailored to evolving client and strategy needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the agency’s external data providers.
  • Manage special data requests and coordinate efficiently with external partners.
  • Cultural Research & Trend Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research on cultural trends, influencers, collaborations, and communities relevant to clients’ requests.
  • Integrate cultural research with data insights to provide a holistic understanding of the zeitgeist (based on existing tools and beyond)
  • Client Reporting & Measurement
  • Define, set up, and track relevant measurement frameworks before, during, and after cultural projects.
  • Lead the preparation of client reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
  • Present reporting outcomes and insights directly to clients, supporting strategic recommendations with evidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with our strategists to ensure data-driven insights inspire and shape cultural strategies.
  • Provide proactive recommendations that connect cultural intelligence with client business objectives.
WAS DU MITBRINGST.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data/insights, research, or strategy roles within agencies, consultancies, or brand-driven industries.
  • Proven ability to turn raw data into narratives (Excel + slides), not just analysis but storytelling for strategy.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboards, with attention to accuracy and data quality.
  • Experience with proprietary/internal data tools and comfort leading their maintenance and development.
  • Ability to set up and managemeasurement frameworks and client reporting before, during, and after cultural projects.
  • Confident in presenting insights directly to clients and engaging stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to research cultural trends, influencers, and communities and link them to brand strategies.
  • Experience managing external data providers and handling special requests effectively.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with strategists, creatives, and researchers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire action.
