The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and technical acumen in SaaS and cybersecurity. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years in relevant fields and be fluent in German and English. This position involves collaboration with sales while delivering impactful product demonstrations.

The Solution Engineer plays a crucial role in the sales cycle by demonstrating the unique value of SoSafe’s cybersecurity awareness and human risk management platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, the SE translates business challenges into technical solutions, delivers engaging demos, technical workshops & proof of concept, and supports the sales team in winning new customers. This role requires both technical acumen and strong interpersonal skills to align SoSafe’s offerings with customer needs across the Southern European markets.
1-3 years in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, SaaS Sales, Customer Success, or IT consulting
Cybersecurity, SaaS, IT security awareness training, or enterprise software
Southern Europe role : Fluent English & German, nice to have : Italian & Spanish
