A dynamic startup company in Berlin is seeking a Social Media Manager to transform their social presence into a powerful growth channel. You'll develop and execute a strategy starting with Instagram, oversee content creation, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in social media for consumer brands, possess strong creative skills, and be comfortable using analytics to guide strategy. Fluency in English and German is required.
We’re looking for someone to turn our social presence into one of our most powerful growth and brand-building channels. You’ll be responsible for building and running channel strategies that drive awareness, relevance, and engagement, and fuel the full customer journey from first touch to loyal repeat purchases.
You’ll lead the transformation of our Instagram-first strategy while laying the foundations for a scalable social footprint across other platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and beyond). We’re a startup, so you can expect the role to be very hands-on: from shaping the strategy and creating content, to managing community interactions and tracking performance. You’ll work closely with our influencer, performance marketing, and brand teams to ensure social is amplifying and integrating well with all channels.
