Job Responsibilities

To support the NEO2\'s growth, we are looking to strengthen our team of Construction.

By joining our teams as a site foreman, you will work on your first assignment with one of our clients, European leader in industrial infrastructure projects. As part of a team, you will work on a retrofit project for an existing industrial building, particularly in terms of utilities, energy, and structural work.

You will be involved in the following tasks :

• Scheduling activities on the construction site
• Managing overlapping activities
• Validating commissioning requirements
• Day-to-day supervision of worksites
• Ensuring compliance with safety requirements
• Reporting on the progress to the construction manager

Minimum Qualifications

As a civil engineering graduate, you want to boost your career by taking on a variety of assignments on innovative projects with leading international manufacturers.

• You are adaptable and familiar with local regulations.
• You have several years of experience in a similar position.
• You are proficient in the Office suite.
• You are native German speaker and speak English for reporting requirements.
• You are mobile in Frankfurt.
