Your profile
  • Several years of experience in innovation, corporate venturing, business development, consulting, or the start-up ecosystem.
  • Ability to quickly analyze complex business models and translate them into scalable business cases, communicating complex ideas clearly.
  • Ideally, you bring a strong network in the start-up and innovation ecosystem or have already worked in corporate structures.
  • Strong analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative data, enabling you to derive concrete recommendations.
  • High level of initiative and innovation mindset, with the ability to work independently and reflect on your own performance.
  • Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders, even in complex structures. You enjoy collaborating with external partners and moderating workshops in both German and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Your tasks
  • In joint workshops with our business units, you identify key pain points and needs, defining the innovation requirements.
  • You scout and evaluate innovative start-ups, technologies, and business models with high potential.
  • After selection, you manage the proof of concept, testing solutions with business units under real conditions.
  • You take responsibility for pilot phases, assess scalability, and ensure integration into existing REHAU processes.
  • Based on results, you develop business cases and support their implementation within the organization.
  • You build sustainable relationships with founders, VCs, and innovation networks, representing Venture Clienting internally and externally.
  • You drive the topic of Venture Clienting within the group and set impulses for how we can accelerate innovation.
