Your Job as Senior Staff Test Development Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop production test programs for integrated circuits and ensure high quality for the automotive market while optimizing test costs.
- Lead small engineering teams and actively share knowledge across the organization.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree or technical college degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science
- More than 8 years of experience in microelectronics development in a company in the semiconductor industry (preferably in the field of test development)
- Experience in the technical management of small engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of programming ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) for testing microelectronic circuits, ideally on Advantest T2000
- Very good programming skills in C, C++ and script languages
- Safe handling of measuring devices (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope)
- Very good knowledge of circuit technology and PCB design
- Good knowledge of statistics
- Very confident in using MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem solving ability
