Your Job as Senior Staff Test Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Develop production test programs for integrated circuits and ensure high quality for the automotive market while optimizing test costs.
• Lead small engineering teams and actively share knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree or technical college degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science
• More than 8 years of experience in microelectronics development in a company in the semiconductor industry (preferably in the field of test development)
• Experience in the technical management of small engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of programming ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) for testing microelectronic circuits, ideally on Advantest T2000
• Very good programming skills in C, C++ and script languages
• Safe handling of measuring devices (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope)
• Very good knowledge of circuit technology and PCB design
• Good knowledge of statistics
• Very confident in using MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Problem solving ability
