As a (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager, you’re not just streamlining operations; you’re transforming how we work across departments. You’ll be at the center of a high-impact, cross-functional engine, using data, automation, and cutting-edge tools (including AI) to unlock efficiency and fuel growth across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and beyond.

Your responsibilities:
  • You identify GTM bottlenecks and help implement smart, scalable workflows that improve efficiency and team experience
  • You take ownership of our GTM tech stack - evaluate, optimize, and structure tool usage to enable every team to do their best work
  • You support the evaluation and optimization of our GTM tech stack (e.g., HubSpot) and learn how to use tools effectively to drive business impact
  • You experiment with internal AI tools, automations, and no-code solutions to help future-proof the way we work
  • You analyze GTM data, identify trends, and contribute to actionable, data-driven recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • You create dashboards and reports—both proactively and upon stakeholder requests—translating data into insights that support teams and enable effective OKR planning and execution
About you:

You can be anything! Diverse backgrounds are very welcome. What matters is that:

  • You see broken processes and think: “I can fix this”
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the field or similar
  • You get excited by new tools and can evaluate, adopt, and teach them quickly; familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude or enrichment tools like Clay is a plus
  • You thrive on structure and bring a data-first mindset to problem-solving
  • You have solid experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier. A foundational understanding of public API structures and basic HTTP requests is a bonus
  • You have worked with AI tools and understand use cases where AI can improve efficiency
  • You’re fluent in English and comfortable working across teams; German skills are a bonus
