You will join the Client Technology Tribe, focusing on security, identification processes, GDPR compliance, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to enhance marketing and support channels. Our goal is to simplify client interactions and uphold our reputation as a trusted brand in finance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with motivated engineers and academics to implement change in finance
• Utilize modern software development practices (agile, CI/CD, test automation, cloud infrastructure)
• Work with AWS services like ECS, Fargate, and Lambda in a cloud-native, DevOps environment
• Write clean, testable, and secure code, bringing products to production to deliver business value
• Contribute to engineering excellence within the team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of backend development in Java/Kotlin, with experience in JWT, Docker, Spring, AWS, Git, GraphQL, REST APIs, SQL, NoSQL
• Passion for well-architected, documented code and an agile mindset
• Strong analytical skills in technical and product domains
• Experience with microservices and end-to-end ownership of complex projects
• Practical AWS or other cloud provider experience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Security and DevOps experience is a plus
• Financial industry background is advantageous
