Hi, we are Dominik, Fabrizio, Kevin, Martin, Ronny & Sofia and together we are responsible for Cloud and DevOps Consulting at AOE. We advise and support our new and existing customers in cloud migrations and the implementation of a high-performance DevOps organization. Sounds exciting? Then get a first insight into our consulting services, e. g. whether a customer is ready for the cloud or how we make the cloud more cost-efficient.

As a team, we treat each other openly and respectfully. We like to discuss things but in a focused way and always at eye level. We support each other and find it important to learn with and from each other, for example, in pair programming or in our cross-project DevOps Community of Practice, which takes place every Friday. At AOE, we make sure that the DevOps tech stack is kept up to date and that our tech radar is state-of-the-art.

As a team, we work independently and use agile methods to organize our work. Some of the team members are in the office in Wiesbaden once a week, but most of the time we work remotely.

Your Responsibilities

• You are part of a new unit for the area of Cloud and DevOps Consulting with a lot of creative freedom, opportunities to continuously learn new things and carry out projects at a high technical level.
• You can explain complex topics to customers in a target group-oriented way and support them by means of competence development and knowledge transfer in the Cloud and DevOps environment.
• You like the mix of planning and implementation, which is why you are both responsible for conceptions in the Cloud and DevOps environment of our customers as well as hands-on involved in the implementation.
• You ensure a professional execution of workshops and trainings for our customers.
• You successfully manage projects for our customers both independently and as part of a team.

What You Bring Along

• Several years of experience in DevOps with a focus on at least one of the major cloud providers AWS, Azure, STACKIT or GCP.
• Extensive knowledge in the areas of IaaC and Infrastructure Automation as well as with Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana and Prometheus; ideally tool-related or cloud certifications are available.
• Independent, agile work, willingness to share know-how and professional appearance towards customers are a matter of course for you.
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to travel to customers on a small scale for project-related reasons.
