A dynamic technology firm in Germany is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support strategic accounts and drive digital fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in customer success within a SaaS environment. Strong communication skills in English and French are essential. This role offers a flexible work schedule, 5 weeks of paid leave, and opportunities for personal development within a diverse and innovative company culture.
Please note: You can work from our office in Berlin Brussels or completely remotely within Germany or Belgium. The possible working hours are 32 to 40 hours per week.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts building trusted partnerships that drive measurable success and long-term satisfaction. You guide strategic clients in creating and optimizing high-impact digital fundraising strategies while ensuring they get maximum value from RaiseNow's tools. Your combination of digital customer journey expertise and technical know-how will enable you to make a real difference all while contributing to a greater cause.
