Who You Are:
- You bring at least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Management Consultant, or in a similar advisory role — ideally in the B2B SaaS environment
- You have extensive experience working with clients in industrial or manufacturing sectors and a strong background in cost and process optimization
- You think strategically, analyze customer needs, and develop tailored, value-driven solutions
- You are confident communicating at management and executive level, and you know how to proactively engage and retain customers
- You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other modern account management tools
- You are open to occasional business travel
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

What You Will Do:
- You will act as the central point of contact for your national and international clients, providing strategic consulting and driving their long-term success by helping them achieve their goals
- You will support key decision-makers (e.g., program leads, department heads, executive management) to ensure our solution delivers maximum impact
- You will identify opportunities and potential challenges early on and develop tailored action plans — through regular performance reviews and project steering meetings, you help clients reach their targets efficiently
- You will lead targeted training sessions and support clients during implementation to ensure they leverage the full potential of our solution
- You will create target group-specific dashboards and performance reports to support enterprise-wide performance management
- You will present new product features and plan their rollout in close collaboration with the client — always with the goal of maximizing customer value
- You will identify opportunities for account growth and license expansion, contributing to the long-term development of the customer relationship
