Process Design Mapping & Continuous Improvement
  • You own a clearly defined part of the commercial B2B SaaS lifecycle (e.g. Lead to Demo or Order to Renewal).
  • You create detailed process maps workflows and scalable to-be designs.
  • You identify inefficiencies using KPIs and data insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Solution Development & Technical Feasibility Alignment
  • You act as a solution co-designer balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
  • You collaborate closely with our Business Application Owners (HubSpot SugarCRM and supporting tools such as eSignature or conversation intelligence).
  • You write structured business requirements PRDs and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Process Rollout Adoption & Continuous Delivery Support
  • You partner with Sales Enablement to document and communicate process changes.
  • You support UAT go-live readiness and post-release stabilization.

Profile
  • Several years of experience in process management ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong skills in process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience writing business requirements user stories and technical specifications.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot SugarCRM) and related tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking a structured way of working and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear actionable guidance.
  • Fluent English skills; German is a plus.
