The data-driven network logistics department has the main task to manage a Europe-wide network of more than 200 logistics partners.

Your new Role

• Support our supplier logistics team in aligning their needs with business growth objectives
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for improving logistics processes, supporting market growth strategies, and enhancing network efficiency
• Evaluate business development KPIs to identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational excellence within the Logistics department
• Contribute to the development of growth strategies and tenders to support international growth and operational scalability
• Conduct internal audits of logistics systems to ensure accurate implementation of contract details and compliance
• Deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights
• Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutions
• Ensure data clarity, consistency, and reliability to empower informed, insight-driven logistics decisions

Your Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, business development, supply chain, or logistics
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• Strong business acumen: you are curious and genuinely interested in understanding how our company and logistics function operate. For you, building a report or maintaining a data pipeline is not the final goal — it’s a way to secure reliable data that enables meaningful analysis and better business decisions
• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in data
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset: you don’t just deliver numbers, you deliver answers and recommendations
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets is a must; experience with SQL is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
