Your backpack is filled with
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B sales in solar, energy storage, or cleantech
  • A robust personal network of EPCs, installers, and partners ready to engage
  • Proven sales track record, with clear evidence of independently closing complex, high-value deals
  • Deep technical knowledge of residential battery storage systems (string inverter experience is a plus)
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a passion for customer success
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels

As a Sales Manager/Team Leader Home Energy Storage Solutions, you will drive adoption of our cutting-edge storage solutions. If you are passionate about closing the gap between the solar generation & 24/7 renewable usage, this is your chance.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Team Leader with a proven ability to sell, a strong personal network, and a passion for delivering customer excellence. If you have the drive to grow business, close high-impact deals, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced renewable energy sector—this is your opportunity to lead the charge.

  • Sell Relentlessly -Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You are expected to generate, manage, and close opportunities independently.
  • Leverage Your Network -Bring and expand your own strong portfolio of installer and distribution network and relationships to accelerate our market reach and sales velocity.
  • Champion Customer Excellence -Place the customer at the centre of everything. Understand their needs, deliver outstanding service, and build long-term trust and loyalty.
  • Drive Revenue Growth -Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets. Prioritize high-impact accounts and deliver results.
  • Position with Authority -Confidently communicate the value proposition of our storage solutions, technically and commercially. Differentiate us clearly from competitors.
  • Collaborate Internally -Partner closely with internal teams—including marketing, operations, product, and executive leadership to deliver an aligned, best-in-class customer experience.
