With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships, we achieve successful marketing results and create new hypes and trends on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok.

Now we are aiming to become the number one agency in this industry and therefore we are looking for motivated team members that have a passion for social media & gaming. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensive relationship management in the global market to expand our international reach.

Tasks
  • Targeted development and implementation of strategic sales approaches to acquire new international clients
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring all commercial terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals
  • Actively research and identify partners
  • Active participation in shaping processes and bringing in your own ideas
  • Building a sales pipeline by outreach, follow-up, and conversion
  • B2B experience
  • Cross-collaboration with respective internal teams
Requirements
  • Passion for sales and client management
  • At least 2 years experience as a sales or account manager in the online industry
  • Experience in professional client communication, both personal and virtual
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, project and time management
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Creative problem-solver and a passion for gaming and esports is a plus
