Sales Manager (Influencer Marketing Agency, m / f / d)

Audiencly is the leading influencer marketing agency for games worldwide! We are working with the biggest game publishers and brands and connect them with the right social media content creators. With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships, we achieve successful marketing results and create new hypes and trends on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok.

Now we are aiming to become the number one agency in this industry and therefore we are looking for motivated team members that have a passion for social media & gaming. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensive relationship management in the global market to expand our international reach.

Tasks

• Targeted development and implementation of strategic sales approaches to acquire new international clients
• Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring all commercial terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals
• Actively research and identify partners
• Active participation in shaping processes and bringing in your own ideas
• Building a sales pipeline by outreach, follow-up, and conversion
• B2B experience
• Cross-collaboration with respective internal teams

Requirements

• Passion for sales and client management
• At least 2 years experience as a sales or account manager in the online industry
• Experience in professional client communication, both personal and virtual
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, project and time management
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Creative problem-solver and a passion for gaming and esports is a plus
