We’re now looking for a
Sales Manager (m/f/d) who’s ready to own and scale this exciting new channel end-to-end. In this role you will directly report to the founders and executive team.

As our Sales Manager – Hospitality (m/f/d), you will:

  • Define and execute acquisition strategies to win new B2B hospitality partners

  • Identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities across the hospitality sector (hotels, co-living, gastronomy, etc.)

  • Plan and manage creative lead generation campaigns with a performance-driven mindset

  • Own the full sales funnel — from initial outreach to closing deals

  • Create tailored proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts

  • Use Pipedrive to track leads, monitor conversion rates, and optimize your sales pipeline

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Support to operationalize deals (e.g., custom bottles, brand materials, POS communication)

  • Support new partner onboarding and ensure smooth handovers to operations

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through key account management and upselling strategies

  • Track customer performance, satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities

  • Represent everdrop at trade shows and industry events

  • Be part of a cross-functional team, shaping how everdrop shows up in the B2B hospitality space


THIS IS YOU


You’re passionate about sustainability and ready to challenge the status quo in hospitality. If you love building long-term relationships, closing deals, and making an actual difference for people and the planet, we’re already excited about you. If you also bring the following background and skills, we’re a great match:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in or adjacent to the hospitality industry

  • Existing network and contacts in hospitality (hotels, serviced apartments, gastronomy, etc.) is a big plus

  • Strong business acumen, ideally degree in business, hospitality, or a related field

  • Passion for sales — you're energized by cold outreach, not afraid to pick up the phone, and enjoy turning noes into yeses

  • Thrives in a high-performance culture — you aim high, go the extra mile, and consistently deliver outstanding results

  • Experience working with CRM tools (preferably Pipedrive), lead generation tools (for example Lemlist, Sales Navigator) and managing complex sales cycles

  • Self-starter mentality — you’re highly autonomous, structured, and proactive

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

  • Fluent in German and English, French and Italian would be a big plus

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients or attend trade fairs

  • Hands-on mindset, with a genuine interest in everdrop’s mission and products
