To strengthen our department Sales Europe Flexo & Gravure in Celle, we are looking for a

Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of objectives in sales growth, profitability, and service concepts with accounts in the designated regions.
  • Establish, develop, and manage first-class sustainable commercial relationships with existing, new, and strategic customers.
  • Assume account management responsibilities for assigned customers.
  • Support the European Business Development Director UV Flexo with the preparation of local sales budgets and targets.
  • Develop account management plans and target customer strategies to deliver market growth.
  • Capture all customer data, activities, and contact opportunity trackers and tools.
  • Manage product and service needs of customers and stay informed about the technical performance of supplied products.
  • Review, capture, and update customer forecasts and demand.
Qualifications
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables, and/or printing (Flexographic, Screen, or Gravure), ideally with experience in UV Flexo.
  • Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record of succeeding with new business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools.
  • IT skills – proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
