Do you have an electrical background and experience working on construction sites?

Are you looking for an opportunity to Manage various projects, for the installation / commissioning of Telecommunication / Radio Equipment?

I am currently representing a company in the Radio / Telecommunications industry that has been running for over 50 years, working on a huge range of different projects? They are a steadily growing business now with over 90 employees, and growing, they are looking to take on number of new project managers to effectively manage the workload and allow for more growth within the business.

In this role, you will be at multiple site, managing 3-4 active, and 30-40 ‘dormant’ projects arranging how and when they can install their technology on different construction sites. The company offers many benefits such as the opportunity to progress into a Team Leader position in the future if this is something that interests you!

The successful candidate will come from an electrical background, working on construction sites, with an appetite for learning to progress their skills. They must also bring strong communication skills in both English and German. They will be trained internally, supplying the technical knowledge, of their products, RF / High-Frequency Technology as well as more electrical training.

The Role :

• Managing 30-40 projects at once, with 3-4 actively being worked on and visited
• You will be responsible for coordinating staff (and subcontractors) to ensure projects are completed effectively
• Communicating with Customers and other companies to coordinate when installations / commissioning can be complete
• Technical Redesign and Planning when required due to unexpected changes.

The Candidate :

• Experience working on a construction site
• A Background in Electronics
• Fluent in German and English
• Located in / commutable to either Munich or Frankfurt
