Your responsibilities
  • Professional leadership and continuous development of a three-person field sales team
  • Planning and coordination of your own store visits, accompanying your team during their visits, and ensuring quality standards across all assigned markets
  • Creating, maintaining, and distributing training materials and briefings based on central guidelines
  • Conducting in-store product trainings, as well as onboarding sessions and feedback meetings with your team members
  • Preparing bi-weekly reports for the project team, including KPIs, observations, market feedback, and photo documentation
  • Acting as an interface between project management, back office, and the client to align on plans, targets, and measures
  • Supporting the further development of the program based on your daily field experience
Your profile
  • Several years of experience (min. 2-5 years) in the tech environment – either in field sales (CE/IT), directly on the shop floor in consumer electronics retail, or as a promoter/product trainer for brands like Samsung, Apple & Co.
  • Leadership experience and ideally proven coaching skills
  • Strong technical understanding, especially in PC hardware (Intel Core, vPro, AI PCs, etc.)
  • Confident handling of digital reporting and training tools
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, valid class B driver’s license required
