Your Role

Regulatory Reporting: Take charge of preparing and submitting regulatory and statistical reports under the CRR and KWG, with a primary focus on CoRep (Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, etc.) and FinRep.

Regulatory Implementation: Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact on the organization, and lead the implementation of new requirements.

Process Improvement & Automation: Enhance and automate reporting systems by defining and testing data requirements, while optimizing existing workflows.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Partner closely with the Finance and Financial Data departments to ensure data consistency and quality; strengthen internal controls and documentation.

Business Growth Support: Provide regulatory guidance during the onboarding of new partners and products, ensuring compliance from the outset.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key contact for auditors and supervisors, maintaining professional and transparent relationships.

Several years of professional experience in the regulatory reporting environment of a bank or financial institution in Germany.

Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting regulatory reports; knowledge of CoRep and/or FinRep is highly desirable.

Practical experience with regulatory reporting software; familiarity with OneSumX (Wolters Kluwer) is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, given the close collaboration with the Finance department.

Ability to independently analyze new requirements and translate them into concrete implementation projects.

Proactive mindset with a focus on seeing challenges as opportunities and improving processes.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in both German and English (German is a mandatory requirement for this role).
