About the position:

Location: Germany, Enterprise Accounts - ZIP Code 7 (Stuttgart)

The Netskope Regional Sales Manager will join with full support from the executive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of dominating their territory and a desire to help build the next iconic cloud security company. You will be an expert at mapping business solutions to complex security challenges and understand the competitive landscape, with a strong desire to win market share.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business.
  • Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals within the territory and named accounts.
  • Develop an overall account strategy leading to a well-executed sales effort in the assigned territory/accounts.
  • Focus on acquiring new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of successful experience selling cybersecurity and networking technologies, including network security solutions such as proxies, NGFW, SSL/IPSec VPNs, SSO, DLP, and encryption gateways, with a history of growing a territory.
  • Proven success in consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives, especially within DAX 40 accounts.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quotas year after year.
  • Residing in the targeted geography with established enterprise customer relationships.
  • Experience in establishing and fostering strong channel partner relationships due to a 2-tier GTM strategy.
  • Pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the territory are required.
  • Understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience is essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
