Skills Alliance is partnering with one of Europe’s leading providers of high-quality veterinary care to hire their Regional Operations Director in Germany. The company is present in over 400 European locations and creates peace of mind for pet owners through excellent access and patient safety.

The Regional Operations Director will hold responsibility for overseeing the performance, growth and operational excellence of a number of sites within the region. You will lead local teams in delivering Medical Excellence alongside exceptional client and patient experiences, acting as a key leader in implementing positive change. You will also play a key role in enabling organic growth and unlocking clinic capacity in close collaboration with functional and commercial teams.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Significant experience in 'hands-on' operational roles, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Proven ability to influence & engage colleagues on a growth journey, skilled in coaching and performance management
  • Experience managing budgets (held P&L responsibility)
  • Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Based in Germany, able to travel 3x a week visiting clinics within the region, and 1x a month to HQ
