Your mission

Joindeskbirdas our Recruiter (f / m / d) and take ownership of our hiring efforts to help us scale our team across Europe. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process - from sourcing and attracting top talent to consulting our leaders on hiring strategies job design and compensation.

Youll recruit for all company roles including Product Engineering Sales Marketing Finance and Operations and play a key role in building diverse and high-performing teams that drive our mission forward. As part of our small and collaborative People team youll also contribute to People Operations Learning & Development and Culture & Events when needed ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience across the company.

In this role you will
  • Drive end-to-end recruiting across all departments (tech product sales marketing and operations).
  • Actively source top talent using creative and data-driven methods.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs define role requirements and design effective selection processes.
  • Consult the business on job profiles interview structure compensation benchmarks and employer branding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support the People team in People Operations L&D and Culture & Events during absences or high-demand periods.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and People team initiatives as we scale.
What you need to be successful
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment within start-ups scale-ups or similarly fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience in active sourcing stakeholder management and consulting hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics compensation structures and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you build trust easily and influence with credibility.
  • A team player mindset with the flexibility to support wider People initiatives when needed.
  • Based in Europe.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of European labor market practices and trends.
