Our Business Development Supply Team drives impact across ABOUT YOU by leading strategic and operational initiatives to become the #1 fashion platform, and enabling other business functions along this journey. We work in cross-functional settings and in close collaboration with our Directors, VP, and the Management Board.

As Project Manager – Supply (m/f/d), you will coordinate and manage strategic as well as operational projects with end-to-end responsibility. You will play a key role in answering core business questions in a fast-paced tech and fashion environment and gain deep insights into Buying, Partner Management, Steering, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects in the Supply area, mostly in cross-functional settings
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives driven by the Directors and VP
• Develop new business areas in close collaboration with operational teams
• Conduct complex analyses and independent research
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant experience in strategy and business development, ideally in a consultancy, financial services, or start-up environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment with a strong, hands-on mindset
• Quick perception and structured working style
