Project Coordinator / Project Assistant / PMO Specialist (gn)

Where you can make an impact:
  • Project Coordination
    • Support project managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, deliverables, and timelines.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
  • PMO / Governance Support
    • Consolidate and analyze project data for portfolio-level reporting and performance dashboards.
    • Help maintain the project portfolio register and ensure accurate project status tracking.
    • Provide administrative and analytical support to PMO leadership and cross‑functional project teams.
    • Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives related to project management practices.
Who you are:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO operations, or a similar role
  • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Power BI)
  • Certificates: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
  • Language: English is a must have, German a real advantage
