Program Evaluation and Resource Manager

Key Role:

Help shape the future of strategic operations and workforce management at the U.S. European Command (EUCOM). Provide mission‑critical support to EUCOM, driving effective program evaluation, workforce alignment, and organizational improvement initiatives. Analyze and assess complex programs, integrate EUCOM and policies, and streamline staff processes to enhance mission performance. Enable leadership to make informed, data‑driven decisions. Oversee task management systems, ensuring timely and coordinated communication across the staff to keep operations on track. Dig in and use your analytical skills and strategic thinking to make a real impact.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with senior government and military personnel to design and implement workforce management strategies.
  • Experience in briefing senior leaders and preparing high‑quality reports and presentations.
  • Experience with leading program evaluation initiatives, including developing performance metrics, analyzing outcomes, and providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, including collaborating across teams to align evaluation outcomes with organizational priorities.
  • Experience with workforce management, program management or supporting policy development.
  • Experience with advising leadership on organizational design, staff administration, and workforce processes to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ability to provide expert organizational and administrative support while effectively managing and allocating resources to enhance coordination, communication, and overall program impact.
  • Ability to manage and improve task management processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant staff actions.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Administration, Management, or Business.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, particularly at the Combatant Command level.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience aligning Combatant Command (CCMD) or DIA workflows with mission objectives.
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis and applying data‑driven insights to program evaluation.
  • Possession of exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
