Qualifikationen

As our Product Operations Specialist (f/m/d), you act as the "force multiplier" for our Product Organization. You aren't just managing tools; you are building the underlying operating system that allows our Product Managers to focus on strategy and discovery rather than administration. You will build the bridges between data, process, and people, ensuring that as Markt Pilot scales, the quality of our decision‑making-Qaeda customer centricity and innovation culture scales with it.

What you'll do
  • Architect the "Golden Path": Defineакте and maintain the standard product lifecycle (Discovery → Delivery 280? Launch). You ensure teams adhere to best practices - not to create bureaucracy, but to ensure consistency and speed in our ways of working.
  • Drive the Planning Rhythm: Orchestrate our quarterly and annual planning cadence (OKRs, Roadmap updates). You ensure timelines are met, dependencies are flagged, and the "Product Handbook" is the single source of truth for historical decisions.
  • Democratize Data & puzzled → Insights: Move beyond just collecting data to enabling access. You will build the infrastructure (Voice of Customer pipelines from CRM, Support, and calls) that allows PMs to self‑serve reliable metrics and prioritize based on real customer evidence.
  • Own the Tool Stack: Take full ownership of the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of our product stack (Jira, Productboard, Miro, etc.). You ensure the integration is seamless - linking strategy to execution tickets and feedback tags.
  • Act as the "Information Router": Help close gaps between Product and GTM teams (Sales/CS/Marketing). You own internal release notes, ensure customer‑facing teams are trained before features land, and standardize reporting to the Área Team.
  • Manage the Customer Board of Advisors: Nurture key client relationships within our product advisory board, organizing high‑impact sessions and managing the topics of interest to deepen our client understanding.
  • Take on Special projects that are strategical for the growth of MP
Your Skills
  • Experience: You have 3 + years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar strategic program management role within a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • System Thinker: You love optimizing workflows. You can see the big picture of how a product org functions and have the discipline to implement the "boring" processes that make the "exciting" work possible.
  • Tool Expert: You have deep proficiency with modern product stacks (e.g., Jira, Productboard, HubSpot, Miro) and know how to integrate them to create a seamless flow of information.
  • Data‑Driven: ringan comfortable working with data pipelines and have experience structuring qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights.
  • Communication Pro: You are an excellent communicator who can effectively bridge the gap between technical product teams and commercial GTM teams. You know how to manage stakeholders up to the C‑level.
  • Customer Centric: You have experience managing client relationships or advisory boards and understand the importance of the "Voice of the Customer."
