- Own the product end-to-end: from initial concept through development, launch, and international roll-out
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements and a roadmap, based on input from users, markets, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with our AI team to integrate MDR-certified AI system into the product
- Work closely with design and engineering to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery
- Prepare the product for internationalization, considering local user needs, regulatory requirements, and scalability.
- You want to take responsibility for a product and manage all threads — concept, development, roll-out, and scaling
- You are motivated to work hands-on in a startup environment, balancing pragmatism with structure
- You bring relevant experience in product management or a comparable role, ideally with exposure to AI products, regulated environments (e.g. MDR), or internationalization
- You understand different international markets, including local user needs and regulatory requirements, and can adapt the product accordingly
- You collaborate closely with the product team, AI engineers and developers to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- You are fluent in English (Additional languages are a plus, but not required)
- A dynamic, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial team—bringing together experts from optometry, ophthalmology, software & AI development, and strategy consulting—who enjoy both their work and workplace culture
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, with the option to work remotely.
- Well-being & mental health: We subsidize your Wellpass membership with the maximum contribution
