The company is looking for a Controller to strengthen its finance team and further expand its Power BI reporting and analytics capabilities. In this role, you’ll contribute to data-driven decision-making by delivering clear financial insights and supporting strategic business initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and internal departments
• Analyze budget vs. actual results and recommend performance improvement measures
• Support the development of internal BI reporting tools and optimization of KPI systems
• Establish and maintain standardized processes and methods for planning, management, and corporate control
• Conduct strategic analyses and prepare relevant documentation
• Take ownership of defined planning areas within the company’s controlling function

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable commercial qualification with further training in controlling or finance
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences
• Independent, goal-oriented work style combined with strong motivation and initiative
• Professional experience in corporate planning and KPI controlling, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI tools and practical experience in building reports with Power BI
