What you\'ll do
  • Define, implement and operate the market support governance and processes to ensure optimal support for key users throughout our commercial platform (Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud / Tableau)
  • Conceptualize and develop key user learning journeys to develop required capabilities and build up a global community for
  • Act as global master trainer for special user groups (e.g. local admins) by providing learning paths and training content
  • Take the role of a sparrings partner for product streams data & platform to ensure user friendly product development as well as cross-team and user enablement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and various markets to provide sustainable market support and ensure continuous enablement

  • You are able to bring conceptual ideas into reality – from tooling set-up to change management
  • Skilled in managing various stakeholder groups to achieve a common target picture gives you the ability to perform
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its role in optimizing daily business processes and a strong project management and change management skills with a strong passion for training others
  • You are known for your hands-on mentality with a service-oriented mindset
  • You thrives in team environments, working closely with Business and IT colleagues to achieve shared goals
