As a competent and trustworthy contact person, the scientific sales representative advises oncologists / urologists / haematologists on our innovative product portfolio in uro‑oncology. He / she emphasizes the benefits of the products and focuses on patient benefit. He / she is responsible for maintaining and expanding customer access and achieving the sales and growth targets for the products he / she is responsible for in his / her region Dresden - Zwickau - Chemnitz.

Your tasks
  • Convince our customers of the value and benefits of our renowned product portfolio and build sustainable business relationships with a good feel for their needs.
  • Identify business potential in the market and scrutinize network structures.
  • Constantly improve market activities – from customer analysis and visit planning to the precise implementation of our product strategy. Include information events, conferences and congresses as well as the implementation of customer‑specific projects.
Your profile
  • Completed studies or doctorate, preferably in the fields of natural sciences, pharmacy or medicine.
  • Alternatively, recognized as a pharmaceutical consultant (m/f/d) according to §75 para. 3 and have corresponding professional experience.
  • Initial professional experience in sales is an advantage and communication is on point to argue scientifically at eye level with key opinion leaders.
  • Desirable, but not a must: knowledge of healthcare policy and structures in the healthcare market, especially in the uro‑oncology / oncology indication.
  • Experienced in the use of modern IT/EDP: MS Office, customer databases, presentations with the iPad etc.
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
  • Residence in the sales area is an advantage.
