Join GlassDollar as People & Office Manager and make sure our team and offices run like clockwork. You’ll own everything from HR processes and recruiting to creating a great office experience in Berlin – while being part of a supportive People, Office & Backoffice team that has each other’s back. Note: Professional fluency in German is required for this role.

- HR & admin basics — You’re familiar with contracts, compliance, and backoffice processes – or you’re motivated to learn fast.
What you’ll do
- Office management: Keep our Berlin HQ running (client reception, office supplies, snacks, cleaning coordination, overnight guests) and support our other offices in Munich, Sofia & beyond.
- Workplace experience: Ensure a professional, welcoming, and inspiring environment for colleagues and guests.
- Recruiting & HR: Manage hiring processes, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and employee data.
- Processes & tools: Build simple HR and office structures that scale with us.
- Compliance: Ensure legal requirements
- Backoffice support: Take on essential admin tasks that keep the team moving and step in where needed.
