Job Title and Location

Job Location : Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the business expansion and operation of Carrier partners within the EU region, including: market growth strategy planning, execution, and implementation, market insight of the carrier partner market & opportunity, partner market selection, strategic carrier partner development, development of Business Development toolkits, operating capabilities, and support key project operations of frontline.
  • Lead the management & operation of the Carrier partner, including authentication, NC mapping and effective use of MDF incentive funds to promote business growth.
  • Strategic Carrier Partner B2B business development, adaption for regional partner policies, and driving their managed service & projects success, transaction models, portfolio onboarding, etc.
  • Internal work planning, data collection, IT platform operations, frontline project operations and daily issue resolution.
  • Support meetings and task management of department, key project tracking, bid support and customer meeting support.
  • Daily sales data analysis, including: maintenance of business analysis IOC databases, online dashboard operations, and support for slides materials preparation.
  • Tasks tracking and management, routine BP alignment, regular exchange with sales & solutions, and tracking and management of customer interactions such as market events.
Requirements
  • Solid background in sales with a strong focus on Carrier Partners, including business development, account acquisition, and revenue growth within the ICT industry.
  • Familiar with Carrier partner management systems, including: registration, NC mapping, MDF funds, and partner development and management.
  • Familiar with Carrier partners\' portfolio development processes, capable of driving product admission.
  • Proficiency in common office software and the ability to operate other software tools, basic knowledge of data visualization and analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power Pivot and Power BI for data analysis.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese will be a plus.
  • Be able to travel 50% for business around Europe.
