Workster is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing E-Bike Marketplace team in Berlin. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth marketplace operations, optimise e-bike logistics, coordinate between supply and demand partners, and deliver high-quality user experiences. Be part of reshaping urban mobility in a dynamic, sustainability-driven environment.
Manage daily operations for the Berlin E-Bike Marketplace, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for riders, suppliers, and internal teams regarding operational issues.
Coordinate the scheduling, handover, and maintenance logistics of e-bikes between users and partners.
Monitor platform performance, analyse relevant data, and generate actionable insights for operational improvements.
Collaborate closely with product, customer support, and logistics to deliver seamless marketplace experiences.
Identify process bottlenecks in the e-bike lifecycle and propose effective solutions.
Implement and document best practices to support scalability as the marketplace grows in Berlin and across other locations.
Support onboarding and training of new users, partners, or team members related to e-bike operations.
Handle user inquiries and resolve operational problems promptly, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with e-bike market trends, regulatory requirements, and urban mobility innovations.
Fluent in English (business proficiency); German language skills are a strong advantage.
Minimum2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or related marketplace environments.
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
Hands-on experience with operational tools, digital platforms, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach towards operational challenges.
Self-motivated team player open to working in a fast-growing company with international colleagues.

Full-time position based in central Berlin, Monday to Friday.
