Job description
Tasks
- Operational support of procurement activities for production consumables across all European Airbus plants
- Implementation and maintenance of product catalogues in collaboration with category buyers
- Assistance to internal customers throughout the ordering process
- Point of contact for suppliers regarding operational issues related to purchase orders or invoices
- Contribution to process improvements and continuous optimisation within procurement
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration, International Management or Supply Chain / Logistics (minimum: bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain / logistics
- Experience with data analysis is a plus
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Click’n Buy (BySide) and Google Suite
- Fluent English skills (min. C1) and good German and French skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English required
