A Japanese logistics company is looking for an Office Manager in Antwerp, Belgium.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the office, supporting daily operations across general administration, HR, ISO compliance, and facility maintenance.

Office Manager Main Responsibilities
  • Manage general office administration and supplies
  • Oversee HR functions including payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee relations
  • Support accounting processes in coordination with the finance team
  • Maintain and improve ISO management systems
  • Coordinate facility and warehouse maintenance
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as needed
  • Propose improvements in office operations and employee engagement
Office Manager Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years' relevant work experience in office administration, human resources and general management in the Flanders area
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Business level English language skills (Japanese or Dutch skill would be advantageous)
  • Ability to work indefinitely without the need for visa support
  • Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
