Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing - ideally in a B2B or technology environment.
- Operational implementation skills paired with a good feel for the strategic importance of brand work.
- Content and copywriting skills: You know how to communicate complex technical topics in an understandable and convincing way and can convince with strong advertising copy.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems and performance tracking.
- Strong communication skills in German and fluent English - other languages are a plus.
- Experience in project management and a structured, goal-oriented way of working.
- Creativity, initiative and the ability to work in a market-oriented manner, even in a technology-driven environment.

Your mission
- Content, copywriting & storytelling: Creating compelling content for websites, social media, whitepaper, case studies, newsletters and product communication - to the point, professional and with added value for our target groups. Development of strong, target group-oriented advertising texts (copywriting) that gets to the heart of our messages.
- SEO, SEA & performance marketing:Development and management of lead generation campaigns via digital and traditional channels. Optimizing our online presence through search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA) to increase the visibility and reach of our content.
- Brand communication & PR:Ensuring a consistent brand presence and placement of RRC in relevant media and specialist publications.
- Event & trade fair management:Planning and implementation of trade fair appearances, webinars and customer events.
- Positioning:Implementation and further development of the positioning of the RRC brand in line with the company's strategic direction.
- Project management:Planning, controlling and implementing marketing projects while adhering to budgets and schedules. Ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordination & collaboration: Managing external agencies and working closely with internal departments such as Sales, Product Management and Business Development.
