The role :

As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be responsible for growing our German Life Sciences division from the ground up. This will be a sales-led role focused on securing new clients and leveraging relationships from existing customers in other regions that we already operate in. In addition, you’ll be responsible for building a team of sales and recruitment staff to further develop our client portfolio and service client contractor hiring needs across Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Devices projects.

Your profile

• Previous experience in a sales role within STEM recruitment, preferably Life Sciences, not just sourcing/recruiting
• Experience in a management or senior/principal consultant role
• Motivated to work in a lead sales/business development role
• Strong track record of onboarding and developing new clients
• Ambition to become a leader within a successful global STEM recruitment business
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in German is highly beneficial but not essential
